Anti-Bacterial Activity of Fermented Methanolic Extracts of Skin of Allium Cepa

Allium cepa one of the most extravagant common wellspring of flavonoids. Among flavonoids present in the onion, quercetin is notable major substances. The goal of this examination was to explore the antibacterial movement of Quercetin extricated from aged skin of Allium cepa. The counter bacterial movement was assessed against Bacillus subtilis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aereus and Enterobacter aero genes bacterial strains by Agar well dissemination strategy.
