Abstract: Ø to optimize treatment and embrace the principles of PM in chronic airways diseases in order to achieve a higher level of control of disease. Methods: To implement precision medicine, a shift in approach strategy, i.e., from phenotyping towards endotyping, is needed. Endotype classification is based on underlying pathophysiological mechanism • Changes observed during pathogenic processes, as well patient’s response to therapy, can be measured using various immunological biomarkers which are key parameters for disease endotyping. • Understanding of disease endotypes for airway diseases described by validated (i.e., meaningful) immune biomarkers will be a milestone for the success of precision medicine 30 cases of Recurrent CRSwNPs selected according to the EPOS criteria for biologic therapy in the period from 1/6/2020 to 1/12/2020
