To potentiate the immune responses of the Newcastle Disease vaccine, many adjuvants such as, Saponin, paraffin oil, sunflower oil, Nigella Sativa oil ,and chitosan nanoparticles “CH-NPS”, were prepared with live and inactivated I-2 vaccines.
